No , we do not provide plates and cutlery, but you are welcome to bring your own.

Absolutely, you can bring your own food, including cake, platters, and food for the adults but we offer add-ons options that provide snack, cake and more!

We source our pizzas from Little Caesars they do not have a gluten-free option you can bring yours.

Parties are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.

We provide all materials for activities.you don't need to be worry about this part!

Our bouncy castle is outdoors during Summer and Indoor at other times.

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food and drinks(Non-Alcoholic)

Yes, you can bring your own decorations to personalize your party but you can not use hard tape or pins for set up.

We recommend arriving 30 minutes before your scheduled party time for setup.

We are welcome to all parents stay during party for free(1 per child), but parents can not be in activity room and should stay in party room only.

Unfortunately, our parties are typically 2 hours long. You can add 1 hour extra for 50 $ but you need to set with office. Please contact our office for any special requests.

Kids will not make pizza dough, but they will enjoy a fun pizza-making experience using pre-made dough and a variety of toppings. The 1.5-hour workshop includes pizza preparation and other cooking-related activities. They will bake cup cake and decorated as well.

No, the party package does not include cake. You can either bring your own cake or inquire about our cake options.

Birthdays Terms and Condition

  • Birthday parties and the exact number of children need to be confirmed at least one week in advance of event date.
  • Any special requests need to be approved by a supervisor
  • The behaviour of the children participating in the party is the responsibility of the host/hostess.
  • It is not the responsibility of the party planner coordinator to supervise the party guests while doing activities.
  • Pre-party setup time [limited to 30 minutes] and post-party cleanup time [limited to 15 minutes] does not count toward your 2 hours.
  • A $100 non-refundable deposit is due when booking a birthday party. A remaining balance is due the day of your party.
  • By completing your reservation, you release Hive 5 Innovative center from any potential liability. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hive 5 Innovative center and its employees for any damages, loss, or injury that may occur.
  • You are not allowed to pin any decoration on the walls but table decoration and balloons are allowed.
  • We follow indoor shoe policy. Please ask your guest to bring indoor shoes in inclement weather.
  • After receiving your birthday card you have 24 hour to check and let us know any changes or typo mistakes after that we cannot redesign it. Please fill and review the Birthday contract carefully.
